About MenHealth Magazine
Empowering Men to Live Stronger, Longer, and Healthier
There was one purpose of starting MenHealth Magazine, and it was to reach out to men with reliable, science-based and practical information that will enable them to be in charge of their health, fitness and longevity.
Since my time as a physician and exercise physiologist and more than 50 years of clinical and research practice, I have experienced the tendency of men to prioritise their careers, families and their jobs before taking care of their health. The result? Increasing obesity, cardiac and low testosterone levels, and avoidable fatigue that gradually destroys the quality of life. That is What We are Trying to Do at MenHealth Magazine..
Our Vision
To be a reliable resource to any man who is seeking to advance his physical and mental health based on believable knowledge, useful techniques, and lifelong practices.
We do not think that good health is a quick fix or a trend; it is more about learning how your body functions and making decisions that can enable you to be vital in the long run.
What We Cover
Our material is a combination of medical wisdom and real-life practical nature. Every article has been designed in an effort to ensure you make sound judgements in all the areas in your lives, such as:
